Medical & Specialist Referrals
A confidential referral pathway for physicians and specialists supporting high-capacity individuals through periods of significant instability.
My clinical practice is structured to allow the time and depth of attention required for complex work. I work primarily with executives, senior leaders, medical professionals and other capable individuals whose usual equilibrium has been disrupted by significant personal, health, relational or professional circumstances.
My clinical focus is the whole architecture of a person's experience — how physiology, psychology, relationships and the realities of their wider life are interacting now. This broader view allows us to distinguish what is driving the immediate instability from what may sit beneath it, and to identify where attention is most likely to make a meaningful difference.
Clinical Scope & Guidance
Primary Indications: Significant stress or nervous system overload; disruption following major health, family or professional events; sustained personal or relational strain; and periods in which a normally capable person is struggling to access their usual clarity, judgement or capacity.
Exclusions: This practice does not provide emergency or acute psychiatric care. Where immediate safety, medical stabilisation, supervised withdrawal or intensive psychiatric support is required, the priority is connection with the appropriate acute or specialist service before this work can begin.
Discretion & Record Privacy
For many professionals, discretion is not simply a preference; it is an important condition for speaking freely about what is actually happening.
Confidentiality is treated with particular care, including attention to how information is communicated, recorded and shared. Clinical records are maintained in accordance with professional and legal requirements, and information is not shared with other professionals without your consent except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to address a serious risk to safety.
Many clients choose to self-fund and do not access Medicare rebates. Where you have an appropriate referral, Medicare rebates apply.

The Referral Pathway
New referrals begin with the Clinical Stabilisation & Orientation Protocol — three consultations designed to restore stability, clarify the wider picture, and establish clear direction for what is needed next.
Referring practitioners are welcome to contact the practice directly to confirm current availability or discuss a prospective referral. A formal referral is only required where Medicare rebates are being accessed.
Individuals can begin directly through the confidential online enquiry, or your practice can send a referral through the channels below.
