Specialised Clinical Protocols
Structured clinical work for stabilisation, orientation and meaningful change.
The Clinical Stabilisation & Orientation Protocol
A three-session clinical intensive — designed to restore cognitive bandwidth, stabilise the nervous system and establish clear orientation for what comes next.
Whether you are experiencing a relatively contained wobble or navigating a profound personal, health or professional crisis, the work begins during our first meeting. As the nervous system begins to settle and cognitive bandwidth returns, we map the biological, psychological, relational and professional forces shaping your current experience — creating the perspective to see what is actually happening, what requires attention first, and where meaningful change can begin. Sometimes what emerges is not simply a way through, but possibilities that were not visible before.
- Structure: Three consultations, usually completed over two to three weeks.
Session 1: 90 Minutes | Session 2: 60 Minutes | Session 3: 60 Minutes. - Fee: $3,500 AUD, payable in full prior to commencement.
The Structure:
Session 1: Orientation & Immediate Regulation (90 Minutes)
Whether you are experiencing a minor wobble or navigating profound instability, it can be difficult to see the whole landscape clearly. This first consultation creates the space to quiet the noise, to find your bearings, and begin making sense of what is happening across your life and within your system.
We look beyond immediate stressors to see how your physiology, psychology, relationships, personal history and professional world are interacting now. As the landscape becomes clearer, we begin identifying what is driving the dysregulation, what needs attention first, and what can safely wait. Regulation is not something deferred until the assessment is complete; it begins here.
Session 2: Mapping the Wider Landscape (60 Minutes)
Between sessions, carefully chosen questions and other explorations allow us to widen the lens beyond the immediate challenge. We look for patterns, pressure points and strengths that may be easy to miss when the system is under strain, and distinguish what belongs to the present circumstances from what may have deeper roots. The aim is a more accurate map — one that reveals not only what is creating instability, but where change is most likely to make a meaningful difference.
Session 3: Synthesis & Clear Direction (60 Minutes)
We conclude by distilling what has emerged into a clear, usable map of your landscape — an architectural view of how the different parts of your system are interacting. Rather than a generic psychological report, you receive a concise, 1-to-2 page synthesis of what we have found and what matters most.
It captures the forces shaping your current experience, the priorities that require attention now, and the areas where change is likely to have the greatest effect.
By this point, you can see more clearly how you arrived here, what is keeping the system unsettled, and what needs to happen next.
What follows will be different for each person. You may have what you need to move forward independently, may need focused work on a particular pattern or difficulty, or may require longer-term support for more complex health, trauma or life circumstances.
The noise settles.
The landscape becomes visible.
A usable map emerges.
The Clinical Integration Continuum
A twelve-week intensive — designed for deeper integration, sustained stability and confident forward movement.
The Clinical Integration Continuum is available following completion of the initial three-session protocol when there is clear value in continuing the work. The weekly rhythm provides the continuity and momentum needed to move beyond stabilisation — working more deeply with the patterns, pressures and possibilities revealed through the initial map.
Over twelve weeks, the work remains grounded in your life as it is actually unfolding. The work is practical as well as exploratory. Insight is translated into action. We work with the personal, relational, health and professional realities that matter now, while addressing deeper patterns where they are genuinely getting in the way.
The aim is not to uncover and resolve every difficulty in life, but to work deeply where it matters — consolidating stability, expanding capacity and translating insight into changes that hold in everyday life while exploring what becomes possible once you're no longer organised around instability..
- Structure: Twelve weekly consultations, completed within a 14-week window.
- Access: Available following completion of the Clinical Stabilisation & Orientation Protocol where there is clear value in continuing the work.
- Fee: $9,600 AUD, payable in full prior to commencement.
