All mindfulness practices increase focus and performance. Mindfulness practices increase our capacity to be present, to focus, and to accept what is, neither avoiding what we don’t like, nor clutching at what we do like. Paradoxically, this cultivates action and both happiness and our ability to deal with unhappiness and struggle.
